Silas has been doing landscaping since he was 10 years old — and still loves every part of it. He oversees daily operations at Ponderosa Pathways, from client meetings and project planning to field support and company systems. Snow removal is a particular passion. There's nothing quite like plowing at 2am.

Landscape Designer

Cambria holds a design degree from Northern Arizona University and has called Flagstaff home her whole life. She transforms client ideas into functional outdoor spaces — from material and plant palette selection to detailed renderings — with a deep understanding of what actually grows and lasts at 7,000 feet.

Chase Wilson

Commercial Maintenance Manager
